Blacklick home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Blacklick rose by $40,050 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $192,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Blacklick in March 2016.
