Westerville home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Westerville rose by $16,867 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,617 - a 9% increase over the $186,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Westerville in January 2016, as well.
