New Albany home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in New Albany fell by $173,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 30.3% decrease over the $573,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in February 2016.
