New Albany home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in New Albany fell by $26,550 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,450 - a 6% decrease over the $439,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New Albany in January 2016.
