Reynoldsburg home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Reynoldsburg fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the third quarter of 2018.
