Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Reynoldsburg rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 53.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 2.7% increase over the $157,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the fourth quarter of 2018.
