New Albany home prices unchanged in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in New Albany was unchanged while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $547,500. There were 44 homes sold in New Albany in the fourth quarter of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $547,500.
