Pinhook home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Pinhook rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,500 - a 82.3% increase over the $121,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pinhook in the fourth quarter of 2018.
