Huber Ridge home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $7,450 while total sales increased by 118.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 4.6% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2018.
