Blacklick home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Blacklick rose by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $245,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Blacklick in the fourth quarter of 2018.
