Huber Ridge home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $8,300 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,300 - a 5% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the third quarter of 2018.
