Pinhook home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Pinhook rose by $98,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 85.2% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pinhook in the third quarter of 2018.
