Blacklick home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Blacklick rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 1% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Blacklick in the third quarter of 2018.
