Huber Ridge home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $2,050 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 1.3% increase over the $159,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the second quarter of 2018.
