New Albany home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in New Albany rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $539,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in New Albany in the second quarter of 2018.
