Blacklick home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Blacklick rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 35.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Blacklick in the second quarter of 2018.
