Blacklick home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Blacklick fell by $750 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $227,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Blacklick in the first quarter of 2018.
