New Albany home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in New Albany rose by $60,250 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $519,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $458,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in New Albany in the first quarter of 2018.
