Westerville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Westerville fell by $11,350 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,550 - a 4.6% decrease over the $244,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Westerville in the first quarter of 2018.
