Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $12,050 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $147,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the third quarter of 2017.
