Huber Ridge home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Huber Ridge rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the third quarter of 2017.
