Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,250 - a 7.9% increase over the $145,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the fourth quarter of 2017.
