Blacklick home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Blacklick rose by $19,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 47 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Blacklick in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
