New Albany home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in New Albany fell by $17,250 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $593,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $610,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in New Albany in the fourth quarter of 2016.
