Gahanna home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Gahanna fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Gahanna in the third quarter of 2016.
