New Albany home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in New Albany rose by $96,220 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $561,220 - a 20.7% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in New Albany in the third quarter of 2016.
