Huber Ridge home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Huber Ridge fell by $19,538 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,963 - a 15% decrease over the $130,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the first quarter of 2016.
