New Albany home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in New Albany rose by $114,550 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $489,500 - a 30.6% increase over the $374,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in New Albany in the second quarter of 2016.
