Pinhook home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Pinhook fell by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,700 - a 4.7% decrease over the $142,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pinhook in the first quarter of 2016.
