New Albany home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in New Albany fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $439,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in New Albany in the first quarter of 2016.
