Pinhook home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pinhook fell by $56,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 31.7% decrease over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pinhook in the second half of 2017.
