New Albany home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in New Albany rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $526,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in New Albany in the first half of 2018.
