Huber Ridge home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $8,750 while total sales increased by 60.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $163,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the second half of 2018.
