Pinhook home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pinhook fell by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,750 - a 12.6% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pinhook in the first half of 2018.
