Reynoldsburg home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Reynoldsburg fell by $4,900 while total sales increased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 182 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,100 - a 3.1% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the second half of 2018.
