Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Reynoldsburg rose by $6,038 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 148 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,038 - a 4.2% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the first half of 2018.
