Huber Ridge home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the first half of 2018.
