Gahanna home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Gahanna fell by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,250 - a 1.9% decrease over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 194 homes sold in Gahanna in the first half of 2018.
