New Albany home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in New Albany rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $549,500 - a 3.2% increase over the $532,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in New Albany in the second half of 2018.
