Huber Ridge home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Huber Ridge rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,250 - a 7.6% increase over the $151,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the second half of 2017.
