Reynoldsburg home prices unchanged in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Reynoldsburg was unchanged while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000. There were 133 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the first half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $126,000.
