Huber Ridge home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Huber Ridge rose by $10,550 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 7% increase over the $150,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Huber Ridge in 2017.
