Pinhook home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Pinhook fell by $32,000 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pinhook in 2017.
