New Albany home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in New Albany fell by $23,700 while total sales increased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 196 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $528,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in New Albany in 2017.
