City of Whitehall issued the following announcement on Oct. 1.
The City is rolling out a new wheeled cart program, in which eligible households will receive a garbage and recycling cart, free-of-charge. Recycling carts will be 65-gallons, but you can choose your garbage cart size from three options here.
