Falling home prices in New Albany in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in New Albany fell by $211,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 36.2% decrease over the $583,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Albany in June 2020.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
