Rising home prices in New Albany in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in New Albany rose by $294,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 72.4% increase over the $406,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Albany in March 2020.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
