January 2021: Huber Ridge experienced a 9.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Huber Ridge fell by $18,099 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,901 - a 9.9% decrease over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Huber Ridge in January 2020.
