Blacklick median home prices rose by 25.6% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Blacklick rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Blacklick in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Blacklick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,850, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
