December 2020: Home prices in Huber Ridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Huber Ridge rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,500 - a 32.2% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Huber Ridge in December 2019.
